Unlearn.
Nourish.
Thrive.
You're not here because you lack willpower. You're here because you've spent years following rules that were never designed to work – and your body is exhausted by it.
Here's what nobody told you: the restrict-overeat cycle isn't a character flaw. It's biology. When you undereat, your body fights back. When you ignore your hunger, it gets louder. When you label food as good or bad, you set yourself up to fail – every single time.
This isn't about another plan or more discipline. It's about understanding what's actually been driving the cycle, rebuilding trust with your body, and learning to nourish yourself in a way that finally feels natural – not punishing.
All bodies are welcome here. This is an anti-diet, size inclusive space.

When we work together, we go back to basics. Not diet basics – body basics. Learning to actually listen to yourself again after years of outsourcing that to diet rules and wellness trends.
Through working together, you’ll:
-
Understand why you feel out of control around food – and what's actually driving it
-
Learn to nourish yourself properly without tracking, counting or restricting
-
Rebuild your relationship with movement so it feels like joy, not punishment
-
Sleep better and feel the profound impact that has on everything else
-
Show up unapologetically and authentically as yourself – in your body, right now
Think of me as your personal cheerleader
I'm not here to give you a meal plan or tell you what to eat. I'm here to help you unlearn years of diet culture messaging and reconnect with a body you can actually trust.

Build trust and confidence in yourself
Your body isn't the problem – it never was. Most women I work with have tried everything. They're smart, capable, determined – and they're exhausted. Not because they lack discipline, but because they've been given the wrong tools. What actually creates change isn't more control. It's less.
Hi, I'm Cally
Food + Body Trust Coach
I grew up in nineties diet culture, believed my body was wrong, and spent years trying to fix it. I've been through the restrict-overeat cycle, the shame, the exhaustion. And I found my way out – through dance, through rest, through actually nourishing myself.
Now I help women do the same. Not by shrinking themselves – but by showing up, unapologetically, as who they already are.
