back to body
What if the constant food noise, the exhaustion, and the feeling of being out of control around food could finally stop – without dieting, without medication, and without shrinking yourself?
(even if you've spent decades trying everything, you're seriously considering a GLP-1, and you're starting to wonder if this is just how it is now.)
Back to Body is an 8-week, 1:1 coaching experience for women who are exhausted by constantly negotiating with themselves around food, fed up with not liking what they see in the mirror, and ready to finally feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. No diets, no medication, no tracking. Just a sustainable approach to eating and living well.
You've watched friends shrink on Ozempic. You've read the studies. You've had the conversation with yourself at 11pm, scrolling through before and afters, wondering if this is finally the thing that works.
And then something stops you....
Maybe it's the idea of being on medication indefinitely. Maybe it's the muscle loss, the side effects, the cost. Maybe it's just a quiet voice that says: this doesn't feel like the right answer for me.
That voice is worth listening to.

The problem was never you. It was the rules.

You've tried harder than most people ever will. You've restricted, tracked, pushed through, started over. The problem was never effort – and it was never you.
It was the rules. Rules handed to you by an industry that profits from you failing. Rules that were never designed to work long term – because if they worked, you wouldn't need to keep buying the next diet, the next plan, the next fix.
You've been taught that your body is the problem – and that if you could just fix it, you'd finally feel enough. Accepted. Worthy. But your body was never the problem. And there's another way.
You're not new to this.
You've tried:
-
Slimming World, Weight Watchers, calorie counting
-
Keto, 5:2, intermittent fasting
-
HIIT classes, running, boxing – going hard until your body gave out
-
Every wellness trend going – the podcasts, the MCT oil, the fibre-maxxing
-
Pushing through, putting yourself last, telling yourself this time will be different
And each time, it makes sense for a while. There's a structure, a plan, something to follow. But it's unsustainable. Life gets in the way, your body pushes back, and slowly it breaks down. You're back to square one – exhausted, ashamed, already looking for the next thing that might finally work.
That's not weakness. That's what happens when the system was never designed to last.
And now everyone around you seems to be taking a GLP-1 and getting results – and you're standing at a crossroads wondering: is this really my only option left?
It isn't.
Here's something most people never talk about....
The rules diet culture gave you didn't just affect what you eat. They rewired the way you think about food, your body, and yourself. So deeply that most of them don't even feel like rules anymore – they just feel like the truth.
Things like:
-
No carbs after 6pm
-
Weekdays are for being good, weekends are for letting go
-
Exercise to "earn" or "burn" your food
-
If you eat something "bad" you need to make up for it
-
Hunger means you're doing well
-
Track every bite to stay in control
-
A smaller body is a more worthy body
These aren't facts. They're diet culture. And they've been running quietly in the back of your mind, shaping every food decision, every moment of guilt, every Monday morning reset, for decades.
No wonder your body stopped trusting you. You stopped trusting it first.

Here's what's actually been going on.
The restrict-overeat-shame cycle you're caught in isn't a character flaw. It's biology.
When you undereat, your body fights back. When you ignore your hunger signals, they get louder. When you run on exhaustion, your body demands fast energy – sugar, carbs, caffeine. When you layer shame and guilt on top of all of that, your nervous system stays in survival mode and real change becomes almost impossible.
And meanwhile – you're waiting. Waiting to feel good enough to book the holiday. Waiting to feel confident enough to wear the dress. Waiting to feel at peace with food before you actually start living your life. But that moment never comes. Because the cycle keeps pulling you back.
It's not you. It never was.
What your body actually needs isn't more control. It needs more trust.
BACK TO BODY
An 8-week 1:1 coaching programme
Back to Body is an 8-week, 1:1 coaching experience for women who are exhausted by constantly negotiating with themselves around food, fed up with not liking what they see in the mirror, and ready to finally feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. No diets, no medication, no tracking. Just a sustainable approach to eating and living well.
This isn't another plan to follow. There are no rules, no tracking, no meal plans. It's a completely different approach – one built around understanding what's actually been driving the cycle, and rebuilding your relationship with food and your body from the ground up.
You won't be doing this alone. For 8 weeks you'll have me in your corner – guiding, supporting and holding you accountable every step of the way. Not just on our weekly calls, but in between them too. Because real change doesn't happen in a one-hour session once a week – it happens in the moments in between, when life gets in the way and you need someone who gets it.
This programme is about going back to the three things your body has been asking for all along.

THE BACK-TO-BODY FRAMEWORK
Three foundations to calm the cycle, rebuild trust, and finally feel at home in your body again.
Foundation 1:
Fuel + Trust
Most women are surprised to discover that eating more during the day is what finally quiets the cravings at night. When you stop running on empty and start fuelling properly, your body stops screaming for quick fixes. We tune back into your hunger, fullness and satisfaction signals – without fear, without tracking, without rules.
When your body feels fed, it stops fighting you.
Foundation 2: Sleep + Restore
When you're exhausted, your biology drives cravings. It's not weakness – it's hormones. Ghrelin goes up, leptin drops, and your brain demands fast energy to compensate. The 3pm crash, the evening eating, the reaching for sugar – it's not lack of discipline. It's your body doing exactly what an exhausted body does.
Rest isn't a reward for good behaviour. It's your body's most powerful reset button.
Foundation 3: Compassion + Repair
Decades of diet culture have left most women with a deeply critical inner voice – one that labels food as good or bad, days as successes or failures, and their body as a problem to be fixed. That voice keeps you stuck in the cycle. This foundation is about repairing the damage. Quieting the shame, unlearning the rules, and learning to make choices from a place of self-respect – not self-punishment.
You can't hate yourself into balance.

How it works.
Every client I work with is different. Some need to start with food. Some need to start with sleep. Some need compassion before they can do anything else. That's why Back to Body isn't a rigid curriculum — it's a personalised journey through the framework, guided by what you actually need.
Weeks 1-2: Discovery
We start by understanding your story. Your patterns. Your relationship with food, your body and yourself. We identify where to focus first and build a clear picture of what's been driving the cycle.
Weeks 3-7: The Work
We move through the Back-to-Body foundations in the order that makes sense for you – learning to fuel, rebuilding rest, repairing your relationship with yourself. This is where the real shifts happen.
Week 8: Integration
We pull it all together. What's changed? What do you take forward? How do you sustain this beyond the programme – without rules, without tracking, without starting over?
If you are still reading then you know this is the right next step for you and I'm ready to support and guide you.
Ready to invest in yourself?

IMAGINE IF...
-
Food is enjoyable again. Not a negotiation, not a calculation – just something you eat, savour and move on from.
-
You wake up with real energy. Not the kind that needs three coffees to get started – actual, sustained energy that carries you through the day.
-
You go out for dinner and order what you actually want. No mental arithmetic, no guilt, no making up for it tomorrow.
-
You get dressed in the morning without the meltdown.
-
You have mental space again. Space that used to be taken up by food thoughts, body worries and constant negotiation – now free to actually enjoy your life.
-
You're on holiday with friends and you feel good. Not because your body has changed – but because you're finally at peace with it.
The restrict-overeat-shame cycle has stopped. The food noise has dialled down. And you're living your life instead of waiting to start it.
This is personal for me.
I know what it's like to stand where you're standing.
I grew up in the 90/00s when size zero was everywhere. I was bullied for my body as a teenager, and I internalised the message that the only way to feel worthy, desirable, accepted, enough, was to make myself smaller. So I tried everything. Every diet, every rule, every plan. I yo-yoed between restriction and loss of control for years. It affected my confidence, my relationships, and my mental health.
Then something shifted. I started to realise that my body was never the problem. I found my way back through movement, through rest, through actually nourishing myself instead of punishing myself. And everything changed. My energy, my relationship with food, my confidence, my sense of self.
Now I see women around me –women my age, women I love – turning to GLP-1s because they've run out of other answers. And I understand why, I feel that pressure too. But I also know there's another way because I've lived it.
I'm a Level 5 certified Health & Wellness Coach. I work from both science and lived experience, because understanding the biology is only half of it. The other half is working with someone who truly gets it.

Is this right for me?
Back to Body isn’t for everyone - and that’s a good thing. This work goes deeper than surface-level tips and trends. It’s designed specifically for women who are truly ready to let go of old rules and step into a new, more powerful way of caring for themselves and are willing to take the steps needed to get there.
So let’s get honest about whether this is the right next step for you...
Back to Body is right for you if.....
✔️ You're considering a GLP-1 but something doesn't feel right about that route
✔️ You've tried every diet and nothing has lasted
✔️ You're exhausted by the constant food noise and mental load
✔️ You want to understand what's actually been driving the cycle — not just suppress it
✔️ You're ready to do something genuinely different
✔️ You want to feel good in your body without shrinking it or medicating it
✔️ You're tired of waiting to feel good enough to actually live your life
✔️ You want real support and accountability — not just another programme to work through alone
✔️ You're open to exploring the beliefs and patterns that have been keeping you stuck
✔️ You believe — even quietly, even just a little — that there might be another way
It's probably not the right fit for you if…
❌ You're looking for a meal plan, a food list or rules to follow
❌ Weight loss is your only measure of success
❌ You want someone to tell you exactly what to do without any self-reflection
❌ You're not open to challenging the beliefs diet culture gave you
❌ You want a quick fix
❌ You're not ready to prioritise yourself
❌ You're expecting the programme to do the work for you
❌ You're looking for a clinical, numbers-based approach
By the end of Back to Body, this is what's different:
You feel neutral – even positive – about your body. You catch your reflection without a negative mental comment. You eat your favourite foods without guilt, negotiation, or the need to compensate afterwards. You understand what real nourishment looks like and you actually do it, because you know your body needs it. You move your body because it feels good, not because you're punishing yourself. You go out for dinner with friends and choose what you actually want. You speak to yourself with kindness. You wake up with energy.
But more than any of that – you stop waiting.
You stop waiting to feel good enough to book the holiday, wear the dress, say yes to the photo. You stop putting your life on hold until your body looks different.
You don't have to wait any longer. That life is available to you now.
Book your consultation call and let's go get it.

QUESTIONS?
I'm seriously considering a GLP-1 – is this instead of that?
That's entirely your decision and I'd never tell you what to do with your own body. What I will say is this: GLP-1s suppress appetite (among other things) – but they don't address what's been driving your relationship with food. For many women, the restrict-overeat-shame cycle continues even on medication, and returns when they stop. Back to Body helps you understand and change what's actually been going on. Some women do this work first and find they don't need medication. Some do both. Some choose medication. All of those are valid – but if you're not sure, this is a good place to start.
Will I lose weight on this programme?
Back to Body isn't focused on weight loss – and that's intentional. What I can tell you is that when you stop undereating, start sleeping properly, and remove the shame and restriction from your relationship with food, your body often finds a more natural balance. But our focus is on building genuinely healthy habits and focusing on how you feel – your energy, your relationship with food, your confidence – not the number on the scale.
I’m not sure I’m ready to give up dieting - what if I still want to lose weight?
That’s okay. It’s totally normal to still have the desire for weight loss - we’ve all been conditioned to believe thin = worthy, and that narrative is SO loud right now. You don’t need to “give up” anything to begin this work. What we will do is gently explore that desire with compassion and curiosity, and shift the focus toward what actually makes you feel good and energised. Changing your body should always come from a place of empowerment, strength and choice.
I’m super busy - will I be able to keep up?
Back to Body is designed for busy women. The changes we make fit into your real life – they don't add pressure, they reduce it. Most women find that as their energy improves and the food noise quiets, they actually get time and headspace back.
I don’t want to talk about my body with a stranger. Will this feel too vulnerable?
I get it – this work can feel deeply personal. That's why our sessions are always judgement-free, compassionate and completely private. This isn't about picking apart your body – it's about coming home to it.
How do I know this is worth the investment?
Think of all the time, energy, and money you’ve already spent chasing the next diet, the next app, the next “fix.” This is a different kind of investment - one that creates freedom, peace, and energy that lasts far beyond 8 weeks. If you’re ready to stop starting over, this is for you.
Is this like therapy?
No. Back to Body is a coaching programme – it's forward-focused and practical. We do explore mindset and patterns, but this isn't a substitute for therapy or mental health support. If you're currently experiencing serious mental health challenges including disordered eating, I'd encourage you to seek specialist support alongside or before this programme..
How do I get started?
Book a consultation call – a focused 45-minute session where we talk about what's been going on for you. You'll leave with more clarity about what's been driving the cycle, whether Back to Body is the right fit, and what working together would look like. It's £65 and completely worth it even if you decide not to go ahead with the programme. If you do decide to go ahead the consultation payment will be removed from the programme investment.
