I get it, because I’ve been there.
I know what it’s like to be the go-to person at work, the capable friend, the one who has it all together - while secretly feeling exhausted, disconnected, and confused by your own body.
I grew up in the 90s under the pressure of the "size zero" culture. I spent years swinging between diets, calorie obsession, and shame.
But in my 40s, I chose a different path. I studied Health & Wellness Coaching, rebuilt my habits from the ground up, and redefined what strong, well, and confident looks like. Now I help other women do the same.

You’re not alone - most of the women I work with have a long history of trying every plan, programme, and tracker under the sun. The difference here is that The VITAL Woman Method doesn’t ask you to follow more rules - it helps you unlearn the ones that no longer serve you. We focus on building body trust, supporting your biology (especially in your 40s), and creating sustainable habits from a place of empowerment, not punishment.
Will I lose weight on this programme?
This programme isn’t focused on weight loss - and that’s intentional. Many of my clients do notice physical changes like reduced bloating, more energy, and improved body composition - but our focus is on healing your relationship with food and your body so that any changes that happen come from a place of trust, not control. If you’re tired of chasing the scale and want lasting wellbeing instead, you’re in the right place.
I’m not sure I’m ready to give up dieting - what if I still want to lose weight?
That’s okay. It’s totally normal to still have the desire for weight loss - we’ve all been conditioned to believe thin = worthy, and honestly, that narrative is SO loud right now. You don’t need to “give up” anything to begin this work. What we will do is gently explore that desire with compassion and curiosity, and shift the focus toward what actually makes you feel good, energised, and free.
I’m super busy - will I be able to keep up?
